the experience
No conference rooms or 80-slide presentations. A full day outdoors, working on what almost no leader works on: what happens inside you when you lead.
the journey
01
Who do I want to be as a leader?
Each leader pictures their best version and turns it into concrete behaviors.
02
Who am I under stress?
They understand what burns them out, what stresses them, and what throws them off balance when they lead.
03
How do I operate from there?
Every participant takes home a physical workbook: a record of every decision they made that day, so the work doesn’t stay at the farm. And as a team, they leave with a shared language to talk about pressure and support each other when it shows up.

the place
A family-run agroecological farm in the mountains of Gurabo, about 30–40 minutes from San Juan.
Since 2019 they’ve worked the land with sustainable practices and taken what they harvest straight to the table.
It’s not a hotel ballroom. It’s mountains, living soil, and space to think.
Farm-to-table lunch, made with what’s grown right there.

your facilitator
I’m Dr. Manuel Blasini, a clinical and performance psychologist.
For nine years I’ve worked with executives and founders who perform at a high level and lose themselves in the process.
Most coaches know performance, but not the psychology behind it. Most therapists know psychology, but they don’t know your world.
I know both.
