About me
I'm not just another coach
Hi, I'm Dr. Manuel Blasini, a clinical and performance psychologist based in Puerto Rico.
For nine years, I've worked with executives and founders who are performing at a high level and quietly losing themselves in the process..
Most coaches know performance. They don't know what's driving it. Most therapists know psychology. They don't know your world.
I know both.
I earned my doctorate at George Fox University, and hold certifications in leadership coaching, change management, and family business advising
And I work in Spanish and English, whichever feels most natural to you.
When you're ready to talk, I'm here.
How it works

Intake call
The first call is free. 30 minutes. You share what's going on, I listen. By the end we'll both know if working together makes sense.

We decide your plan
Coaching, therapy, or facilitation. We decide together based on what's actually going on, not a one-size-fits-all program.

We get to work
One to two sessions per week. Practical, focused, and built around your specific patterns and values. You leave every session with something concrete.
TESTIMONIALS
What my clients say…
Manager @ mid-size company
“I used to think being in control and overworking was my strength. Now I know it was my limitation.”
Executive @ mid-size company
"Six months ago I would have responded very differently, I would have stressed out and probably be overthinking this, however because I am aligned to who I am I value how aligned I am with myself."

Frequently asked questions
Don't see your question? Book and intake call and let's talk.
Do I need therapy or coaching?
The label matters less than what's actually going on. The first call is where we figure that out together. I'll listen to what you're carrying and tell you what I think makes sense.
